Mobility Management

Chandler Gilbert Arc, in partnership with Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) and the City of Phoenix, provides Mobility Management services to individuals throughout the Phoenix East Valley area under the Section 5310 Coordinated Mobility Program (Elderly and Persons with Disabilities Program).

Among our responsibilities are the promotion, enhancement, and facilitation of access to transportation services, and the building of coordination among existing public transportation providers.  We do this through the development of a “Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan,” which focuses on establishing an understanding of transportation needs and resources, building partnerships between those needs and resources, and then developing user-friendly systems/processes to connect the two.  Examples of services we provide are transportation collaboration, partner-building, vehicle sharing, training, research, and development/sharing of best practices in coordinated mobility for seniors and/or people with disabilities.
