Kymberly Marshall, Ed.D.

Kymberly has been a special educator for over 38 years in the state of Arizona.  She is currently retired and her last position held was  the Executive Director of Student Personalized Learning in the Chandler Unified School District.  One of the departments ensures compliance with and implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act as well as Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 for students with disabilities attending public schools in CUSD. She now provides training to multiple stakeholders in meeting the diverse needs of students in the education and community setting.   Kymberly comes to CG Arc having personal experience as a sibling with a person who has Down’s Syndrome.  Her brother has been her inspiration for her ongoing advocacy for individuals with disabilities.
