An Arizona State University graduate and lifelong fan, Dale joined Chandler Gilbert Arc’s Board of Directors in the early 90’s, helping to bring Chandler Gilbert Arc’s first and very successful microchip sorting work enclave into Intel Corporation where he was employed. Since then, Dale has become “semi-retired” after a career spanning 27 years in the semi-conductor industry and now operates a successful full time handyman business in the east valley. Dale has been married for 28 years with two grown children.
